Celebrate with Bakeshop


We’ll be making a very special assortment of Christmas pastries through December 24th. These holiday treats will be available sporadically in the shop, but the best way to guarantee yours is by special order (see below for ordering info!). This year we’re offering:

Stollen: A rich holiday sweet bread enriched with almond flour, rum soaked raisins with a log of almond paste running the length of the loaf. Hot out of the oven the bread gets soaked with booze, butter and cinnamon sugar. $38 each

Panforte: A confection from Sienna, Italy made of dried fruits, toasted nuts a bit of cocoa powder and spices. It’s chewy, sweet, spicy and addictive. $15 per wedge

Nougat: Tart dried cherries, toasted almonds, hazelnuts, and pistachios folded into a soft and chewy like a marshmallow cloud of your dreams. $3 each

Honeycomb: Bittersweet and crispy melt-in-your-mouth candy made with local Old Blue Raw Honey. $9 for 3-5 pieces

Marshmallow: Made with beaten egg whites in the classic French style, which results in an incredibly light and airy treat. The perfect thing to have on hand for cocoa weather! $9 per package

Christmas Cookies: Cinnamon, clove, and ginger spiced Gingerbread People ($2.50 each), Gingerbread Bears ($2 each) and Christmas sprinkled shortbread made with buttery kamut flour and Jacobsen sea salt ($2 each).

Join us on Christmas Eve for our 7th anniversary party! We’ll be toasting with eggnog, playing your favorite holiday tunes, and taking your Christmas morning pastry orders. Our doors are normally closed on Mondays, but we’ll be opening them for this very special occasion. Hope to see you there!
