Labor Day Weekend Treats

Hello!

This weekend is Labor Day weekend, and even though most kids are already back to school as of today, it’s still the unofficial end of summer in my books. I know many of us have plans to celebrate, and whether you have a bbq, potluck, block party, or last trip of the season on your calendar, we have plenty of freshly baked treats to add a little extra something special to your festivities.

For preorders, we have Summer Fruit Pie filled with peaches, rhubarb and fresh berries and topped with a ginger oat streusel, our renowned Burnt Basque Cheesecake (which is great frozen on a hot day!), Pistou and Mozzarella Quiche, and refreshing Zucchini Mint and Basil Bread. Preorders for this weekend close at 5p Thursday.

We will also be open for walk-up orders this Saturday and Sunday from 8a-1p where our pastry case will be filled to the brim with savory sweet Figgy Buckwheat Scones, moist and tender Blueberry Bran Muffins, sweet and crispy Twice-Baked Almond Croissants, crisp and caramelized Wonder Buns, rich and chocolaty Woodblock Chocolate Croissants, and so much more.
