Easter Weekend Preorders

Hello!

How about this snow?! It has certainly put a temporary pause on our spring excitement, but luckily it looks like we will be back to our normal spring weather by this weekend, just in time for Easter!!

We’ve had an exciting week here at the bakery thanks to some lovely press from Eater PDX, who ranked our Figgy Buckwheat Scone as one of their 25 Most Iconic Dishes in Portland, and Portland Monthly, who ranked us the #1 Bakery in Portland! We are so proud, and would like to thank our hardworking staff, incredible wholesale clients, and our customers for your support – especially over the last couple years.

We’ve also been busy getting our Easter Weekend Menu ready! This year we are offering:

Bunny-Shaped Amarena and Raspberry Parisians

Duck-Shaped Creamssant with Vanilla Cream

Carrot Cake with Honey Mascarpone Cream Frosting

Chocolate Espresso Cake

Raspberry Rhubarb Pie with Ginger Oat Streusel

Burnt Basque Cheesecake

Ham and Cheese Quiche

Pistou and Mozzarella Quiche

These are available for online preorders through Thursday at 5p, or until we sell out.

Don’t worry – on Saturday and Sunday, our pastry case will still also be loaded with a selection of our classic scones, muffins, cookies, hand pies and croissant items that will be available for walk-up orders and to add to any existing preorders!
