Our croissant dough twisted into batons and rolled in a mixture of parmesan and romano cheese with a hint of cayenne pepper. Crispy, cheesy goodness on the outside with a tender, buttery inside. So Good!
Our croissant dough tumbled in cardamom, cane sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt, brushed with orange blossom syrup and baked until puffed and caramelized. Our take on a pull-apart monkey bread! The Queen has a soft tender center and crispy edges.
Our signature sticky bun, made with buttery croissant dough, cinnamon, and brown sugar that makes a deep, rich caramel sauce that coats each bun when they’re turned out of their pan. Crispy, caramelized, buttery, tender, flaky goodness!
A Bakeshop staple and one of our most popular items! Our classic croissant is sliced open, brushed with house-made orange blossom vanilla bean syrup, and filled with frangipane. We spread more frangipane over the top and sprinkle it with sliced almonds before baking it again and topping it with plenty of powdered sugar. The result is a sweet and crisp outer layer with a nutty, custardy center.
Our classic pie crust is filled with a rich, custard-y egg base and layers of Olympia Provisions Sweetheart ham and Fontal cheese.
A crustless cheesecake cooked at a high temperature, creating an addictive crumbly cheese crust, a dark caramelized top, and a sweet, creamy center.
Please note, as of January 1, 2026 our cheesecake is slightly smaller than previous, and still serves 6-8.
