Everything Croissants

Over the years, we have found that savory pastries are high on the wish list, so an often requested pastry returns this weekend — the Everything Croissant!
When it comes to buying myself bagels, I always choose either a sesame seed bagel or an everything bagel. The crunchy mixture of the white sesame, black sesame and poppyseed paired with the punch of flavor from garlic, caraway and dehydrated onion with a sparse smattering of salt, keeps you wanting for another bite, and is so satisfying to me. So we came up with the Everything Croissant, which has a lighter and crisper texture than a traditional bagel.
Our croissant dough is spread with a mixture of cream cheese and sour cream, and sprinkled with a house-made everything bagel seasoning before getting rolled into a pinwheel shape. It’s topped with Swiss cheese and sprinkled with more everything seasoning before baking. All the delicious flavor of an everything bagel on our fresh croissant dough!
