Brown Butter Apple Hand Pie
Thin sliced apples are tossed in brown sugar & spices and then drenched in browned butter before getting folded inside our old fashioned pie dough, which is incredibly flaky and made with 100% butter (no shortening, etc). Then it’s sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and baked dark to slightly caramelize.
